I hope thoses are clear enough :
- The first is the capacity to have a set piece of another base type. Could be great for somes, mostly useless or a sort of min-maxing for other. Could open a way for news low level set that could be improved later on
- The second is the ability to make another item of the same base type count as part of the set for the set bonus. So you can take some +X to skill instead for exemple. Maybe with a restriction to one such item per set bonus
I put them in a cache but it could be gambling an item in a dungeon for a random base type, a boss that drop random base type set, an special crafting item given as an arena reward ...
