[2022] "Halo Effect" node in the lightning blast tree doesn't work

I am seeing visuals for the Spark Nova from Halo Effect, however it’s exceptionally subtle, and it doesn’t closely match the hitbox. I’ll make a note to improve this. Thanks for the report!
