[2021] Bug with Shield Throw vs. Lagoon

Are you noticing this happening after you get stunned by Lagon? Or is this just happening by simply throwing Shield Throw.

Could you send your Shield Throw skill tree? A screenshot through imgur or just a list of nodes would be fine.
