[2021] Vile Shroud (Reaper form) is bugged or "more information" text is wrong

I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. Were you still in Reaper Form when you allocated additional points? If so you’ll need to exit and re-enter Reaper Form for the points allocated to take effect.
