So I linked my LE account to my Steam account over a year ago but never had it show up in my Steam library and it still says I need to purchase the game on Steam.
Is the transfer from LE to Steam only happening when 9.0 drops or should I have had access to it on Steam this whole time?

Yeah I contacted support with pictures and explained the problem but all I got was the automated message about the servers being down. So frustrating not being able to get any help with the issue.
Once the site is back up it should work again.
