How doable would this be from a developer standpoint?
Surely minions would need a seperate window to show their basic attack dmg and the dmg of skills they may cast, but that's a different topic.
I know stuff that debuffs enemies can't be implemented easily like that, but that's fine.
I think we already got some dps tooltip improvements regarding the unreasonably high increases through ailments, but I think treating CD and non-CD skills differently could work out well.
