While the base system itself seems fine it still seems to be a bit bland. It doesn't have to be over complicated either; something as simple as adding new glyphs that are monolith specific so you can add more difficulty would be a start.
The Glyphs can simple like:
- add 2-3 additional enemy modifiers / increase rarity and gold drop
- Double the listed enemy modifier / Add an additional random echo reward
- Doubles the player modifiers / Removes echo rewards and cannot gain timeline stability
- Double the number of enemies / Area contains additional Thief Cache
You can add 1-3 glyphs to any monolith with a 1 time use so you can target farm certain ones.
