[2022] Players that do not listen to basic tips

I would like to know your mindset. Or if somebody has an idea about what is going through their minds, please indulge me.

To clarify, I am talking about super basic game aspects. Like a top laner who is versus a Mundo and will not build any anti healing at any point in the match. I have seen maybe 1 out of 5 build anti healing.

Now the optimal build would be to straight up rush an anti healing item versus Mundo. I will not expect this, but even after telling players Mundo is all about healing and they should build anti healing, they will not. They are not muted, they type as well. They might not know what an anti heal item is so I tell them the exact names of the items.

Still they just will not buy the item. Now you have to know I refuse to flame. I keep my chats short and to the point.

"Buy anti heal vs Mundo" "His whole thing is healing" "executioners is an anti heal item" etc.

This clearly does not work. Any ideas what could work? Or what their mindset is, so I can come up with ideas myself?
