[2023] Instant feedback reports, are they fake? Or is every single report a penalty?

I must log into at least 3-4 of these per day, and I must report about 30% of my games.

Mainly for distruptive behaviour Begging for reports Pointless taunting Racism, abusive behaviour etc

I know they upgraded the system a while ago but I actually feel like the game has gotten far more toxic and volitile.

It just makes me wonder, are riot actually punishing these players or are the feedback reports a fake cope they have given us to make it look like they're interested in banning disruptive players.

I mean these people are buying skins, some people whale every skin that's released do you guys think more people are being banned daily?
