[2019] Aphelios is the first new champion in almost 4 years, that has no gap closer (dash/blink/jump/cross terrain), no stealth/invisibility or untargetability/invulnerability. That last one being Jhin, released in Feb. 1st, 2016

Before Aphelios, and after Jhin, every champion had at least one of the 3: 1. Dashes (including blink, jump, cross terrains) 2. Stealth (including invisibility) 3. Untargetability (including invulnerability)

Senna has stealth; Qiyana has stealth and dashes; Yummi W is a dash and can cross terrains; Sylas has dashes; Neeko has stealth; Pyke has dash and stealth; Kai’sa has dash and stealth; Zoe has blink; Ornn has a dash; Kayn has dashes and move over terrain; Xayah has untargetability; Rakan has dash; Camille has dash and untargetability; Ivern has a dash with Q follow up; Kled has dash; Taliyah R crosses terrains; Asol E crosses terrains;

Finally a new champion without an overloaded kit.
