[2021] Suggestion: Allow Morde to self cast his ult

Sometimes when I'm playing Mordekaiser, I just want some alone time away from all the chaos of the teamfight. If I could ult myself and just leave the rift for some peace and quiet I think that I'd enjoy the champion more.

Naturally I'd imagine that this would upset my teammates, however my teammates seem to get upset no matter what happens which is exactly why they are the type of people from which I need some space.

If anyone thinks this would be unbalanced I think that reducing the champion's base magic resist by 2 would put him in a more balanced state
