[2021] Known Dark Star Cho'Gath bug, still not fixed

This bug has been in the game for at least 2 months, and it seems to be well known among people who play with this skin. Dark Star Cho'Gath is supposed to have 3 different forms as he gains stacks, but it's not working as intended. He's staying on his first form even with 16 stacks. Please fix this.

16 stacks, no new details, no spikes on the tail, just grew bigger.
