[2023] Which champions are currently Olaf'd?

Champions who were deemed unplayable and gameplay so toxic they had to nerf them to the ground so no one would play them?

I honest believe Yorick pre-rework fit that situation better, but I'm talking modern day equivalent.

Yorick wasn't even allowed on the free champion rotation.
