[2019] Bullet Reaper Jinx [Skin concept]

Hi, Nebura here.

Here's my jinx skin concept that I finished days ago. It's based on the Steel Valkyries world, same than GG MF.

Abilities and voicelines concept. Each gun has a different personality

Chromas. With each concept I try to tackle a different thing and this time chromas seemed fit.
