[2020] Aphelios' Eternal set "Faith's Reach" not progressing?

This is a visual bug that we're working on right now, and will have a fix for in 10.6. Your stats are tracking accurately, but the client has mismatched data from the game (we validate on both ends to make sure people can't game it).
