[2022] Why are pro players not building Wardstone?

I realize that in pro games supports don't usually make it to level 13, but in some of the games I have watched, they have gotten well over level 13 and still didn't buy Wardstone.

I thought in pro play, where vision is even more important than in solo queue, that Wardstone would be a must-buy on every support. Not only does it give you extra vision, but it is so cheap, so gold efficent when you include the bonus stats, and it counts as a legendary item so you also get another stack of your mythic bonus once it transforms at level 13.
