[2023] ARAM will be eligible for mastery tokens starting from 13.5

Jordan Checkman from Riot shared an update regarding ARAM and the ability to get mastery tokens of level 6 and 7 from it. Here is what he tweeted: In some small but mighty news: We will be enabling ARAM players to earn mastery level 6/7 tokens starting in patch 13.5
