[2019] Tradition Sion skin teased in the Netflix documentary?

User u/BronzeVicious just posted noticed in the new Netflix documentary, "League of Legends Origins" what they thought to be a new champion, but if you compare it to Sion's look before his rework, all the details match up. Such as the skull shoulder pad, orange hair (Some versions had orange hair), wristband, belt buckle, chest plate, no metal jaw, and even the axe line up. I figured it needed it's own post. Here's a screenshot I took. You can find it at around 1:10.

We also have no clue how old the footage is, so keep that in mind.
