[2019] Clash days/times???

The Reddit megathread for Clash cites Day 1 of clash being the 24th and Day 2 being the 25th. But on the league of legends site, it clearly states there are 3 days of competing (but never specifies the dates).

The thread also says games start at either 6pm or 8pm, but I also read somethere that it is simply a window between 6-8 to start your games. Can anybody help clarify this for me?

Saturday/Sunday. You can lock in any time after 6 PM. It's not like was before where you have to be there at a super specific time. Basically you will start whenever your team get all locked in and we find a bracket for you.
