No Sett is totally balanced lmao. Man, they barely still can balance the last two champs. Senna is still unbalanced. Aphelios has been weak honestly based on winrate (least in gold) but with some insane bullsh*t happening here and there such as his insane range. But Sett, by god he is banned over 50% of all games. Oh and not to mention in the all ranks category, he holds the highest winrate in 3 positions.
Like haven't they learned that adding champs with so much in their kit makes champs really hard to balance. Look at the Akali Rework. Poor Akali mains get nerfed so often its a meme at this point. and yet she still shows up in high elo and pro play and dominate.
