Pakistan is mentioned in the list of countries that will benefit the most from transfer to the new server and our ping has gone from 160 to 40 but we can't enroll for rewards on the website why is this ? Is it an oversight?

An update here, assuming I'm interpreting the question correctly - Pakistan should be very much supported as part of the new server overall. There is a specific custom keyboard giveaway that's limited to certain countries though, which some countries aren't eligible to enroll in unfortunately (physical giveaways especially come with a lot of extra complications).
