Didn't see any comments about it, even in the PBE thread which contained this change.
I think it's an interesting update, considering most of the current FF users do build crit (Caitlyn, Jhin, Corki, maybe Senna?), the exception being Kassadin. Maybe this will open up the rune for a few more users? It's easily the weakest keystone from Precision tree right now and this buff seems like a positive change.
