On the newest cinematic, it credited Haoliner animation in addition to some other animation studios from China. Many people think that Riot has a team dedicated to churning out these cinematic, but apparently it is outsourced to animation studios in China.
It's pretty cool to see what these Chinese animation studios can do. Usually people associate China with subpar work, but from what we have seen with the newest cinematic, it was anything but.
