[2022] Why are Magic Shields partially orange?

Example: When morgana shields you you get this new weird half-orange half-purple striped HP on your healthbar when it used to be all purple. Same with Maw etc. What is it? Maybe a bug? It doesn’t make sense to me as it seems to imply you get AD shield which is false
