[2019] Watching TFT gameplay and noticed that wolf isn’t even included in Kinded. That’s like half the character

I understand that kindred is 90% lamb and 10% wolf but it’s just ridiculous that he’s not even included in the character model. I understand that new people may be confused but I’m sure they’ll be even more confused when they find out there’s a completely different entity attached to the character.

I may just be a salty kindred main (especially after Riot has ignored them for 3 years) but I just find it ridiculous. Am I the only one?

BTW the games looks amazing and I can’t wait to play it but just seeing Lamb by herself just irks me

I made the decision to not put wolf in.

While the League champion Kindred is 2 halves of a whole, the Lamb in TFT does nothing that involves wolf (she ults and shoots arrows). He would have created a ton of extra VFX noise without any gameplay benefit.

Fight clarity is something we've been working hard to improve in TFT and it took precedence over preserving League lore. Likewise, you'll notice Lulu is missing her buddy Pix.

Long term, if we have more time to polish spells that don't have immediate gameplay needs, would likely look to put wolf into Kindred's ult (he could fly around the edge of the circle).
