[2021] After Arcane being that good and Riot Forge releasing their games I am certain League is here to stay. And I am happy it will.

For a long time the thought of League being outdated at some point of my life even thou it's that popular right now crossed my mind. Playing since season 3 it's only roughly a fourth of my ages lifespan and with topics like family down the line of life I assumed at some point I would quit League of the last time, due to not having the time or switching interests. And that thought always made me a bit sad, because I sincerely believe Riot created one of the best fantasy worlds ever created at this point, up there with Lord of the Rings, Star Wars or One Piece. And I thought I would lose this connection because of life sometimes just happens.

But then, League turned 10 and they announced a bunch of new content for the years to come. But they announced stuff before in the past and nothing happend so I was sceptical. But Legends of Runeterra launched and it's full of love, Arcane now launched and it's full of love, the Ruined King finally launched and it's full of love (from a different Studio). And I just can't shake the feeling like Leagues status for me in my life changed at this point. From being the game I choose for most of my free time to a world that will accompany me for the rest of my life. This is making me excited and somehow sentimental because I am just happy about that fact.

I genuienly love Runeterra and up to this point every content Riot created for their world. So maybe i just wanted to share my feelings after finishing Arcane. For all the negatives Leagues reputation brings with it I just want to say thank you to all the people who fill every League project with love and all the good people in the League community that make my League games enjoyable. See you all down the line in the decades to come. Because this development of League has only just begun.
