The delay between the double autos (passive) got significantly increased - no mention of that on the patch notes.
I genuinely thought I am lagging for the first few minutes, kept cancelling my autos and not proccing the passive in result. Not sure if I'd call myself a main but I've got hundreds of games on Akshan under my belt - I actually do believe he deserves a nerf, but please not like that. He feels so incredibly clunky now until you get your first item...
