[2022] Need help understanding the changes to gemstones coming up

I just got my 10th gemstone.

I know they're changing to Mythic Essence in 12.6, but I don't know what that actually entails.

When the mythic essence shop opens, how much ME do you get per gemstone and how much do the hextech and prestige skins cost?
