[2019] What’s the point?

What is the point of having champs in the pbe if when they come out they’re going to be broken as f*ck. The pbe is for balancing the game but champs that are play tested there come out on live the same and THEN they nerf or buff. I get that pbe is not an actual region and people don’t care about their games for the most part but with Senna and Aphelios every was saying they were broken and it ended up kind of ruining their releases. Who’s to say Sett’s release won’t be the same?
