[2021] Why does Viego hold all of the records for "Most damage to champions dealt in a ranked game" (1 billion+ damage) this season?

I was poking around the records tables on LeagueOfGraphs for fun, and found an insane and weird statistic where almost all of the top 60 records for damage dealt to champions in a game this year held by people playing Viego on the 4th of March and doing more than a billon damage in a single ranked game. The only two that aren't are held by Yuumi (arguably even more bizarre). I'm guessing this was tied to some bug, does anyone know what it was? Also even if there was a Viego bug, how did the Yuumi scores happen?
