[2023] SEA Server challenger start bronze this season

I don’t know why but every master/challenger player started at iron/bronze. Maybe something happened when account was transfer ? But It’s only happened to master/challenger. Some people or some id that were diamond/platinum started at gold in placement game so i don’t think it was hard reset. Hope to find the answer why this is happened and how will riot fix this.

This 2 image was my friend’s old rank( before migration) and new rank(after migration). LP seems to increase so slowly around 18-25 per game so I don’t think it’s okay for challenger player to climb this hard when facing master/challenger elo every game when visible rank is iron(because master/challenger player suffer this so basically that elo is all master?)
