Hi guys,
Hate to make another post but felt this is a little different so maybe you'll understand why I made this.
The main issue I have currently is that the bots now really struggle with neutral objectives especially dragon as they run about and barely auto-attack and early game this results in bots skirmishing over first drake for a large majority of the game. (25/30mins+) BUT I do think when the right checkboxes are marked and they aren't bugging some fights and plays these bots make are pretty awesome but I will list a few more current or recurring bugs below:
Important Bugs:
- Bots seem to try to avoid "Tanky" enemies by stutter stepping away and becoming broken in the process. (Issue has happened before but they do seem to correct themselves after a while now).
- Bots seem to be able to target enemy units/wards in brushes or fog nearby as they auto-attack enemies or wards I cannot see. Also I have hidden in unwarded brushes and been auto-targeted.
- Bots may glitch out in river around tri bushes (top and bot) after losing sight of enemies in that area.
QoL Bugs:
- Custom bots still have pretty useless rune setups, especially jungle and support roles.
- Bot builds are randomized and not based on opponents team comp. (Glad they at least have the variance tho)
- Support Bots sometimes double/triple or even quadra ward a bush using all the charges of their support item in one location. Also they do re-ward bushes I have already warded but bots don't seem to re-ward bushes other bots have warded.
I know this is probably not the most helpful after the other threads already being made but I feel like this addresses more of the core issues. I am so glad that this bot project is on-going and I hope I am actually providing helpful feedback and not just being annoying lol.
