[2019] My eyes literally burn when doing dragon on the infernal map

I don't understand how the tint on the map got changed so quickly but this GIANT BRIGHT red spot directly underneath the dragon on the infernal map isn't getting changed. When I have to do dragon as a jungler on the infernal map, it's actually so hard to stay focused on the dragon's HP because the brightness of that area is literally burning my eyes to stare at. I can't look away because I have to hit my smite.

Every single time I've had to do that dragon, I have to start blinking a lot because my eyes legitimately hurt. Is this ever going to get changed? I can't be the only one that feels this way.

It's unusual for a red tint to upset your eyes, since a commonly used app to reduce eyestrain from monitors primarily does so through tinting the whole screen red.

I'd suggest tweaking the colour settings of the game though video settings, but to be honest, maybe even visit an optometrist and bring a screenshot of the dragon pit with you. They may have a better idea as to why the dragon pit causes you physical pain.
