[2020] Has Riot clarified if any champion can buy any mythic, or is it class specific?

I was just wondering, because after looking at the future item changes video, I was wondering, can I buy any mythic with any champion? After looking at Crimson Shieldbow, it seems kind of insane on Yasuo. You get a 2nd PD shield, Lifesteal, Crit, and you are MUCH tankier by the end of the game with the extra I believe 32 Armour and MR you get at full build. That being said, I'm pretty sure it will kill the game with all the crazy interactions certain champions will have with certain mythics (like Yasuo).
