Hey all, here's our (a bit late) 13.15 patch preview for Arena balance changes! We wanted to continue taking big swings at nerfing the top of the meta and take even bigger ones at buffing some struggling champions.
The meta is in a much healthier spot after our hotfix on Tuesday. We recognize that many champions still need help though, including many Assassins and longer ranged mages. Expect to see more of these big buff swings at these champions in 13.16 as well!
