The stats are taken from league of graphs. As of right now it's displaying Yasuo as having a 52.2% ban rate and a 22.1% pick rate. This does decrease slightly with elo but only in very high does he drop off. The reason I'm making this post is because I'm sick of him. I don't want to ban him every game because I feel like there are stronger and more important picks, but I also know if he isn't banned then there's a 1/3 chance he'll be picked. A champion being in this state is not healthy for the game. I don't believe he's OP, but I do think he's obnoxious. When ahead he's unstoppable and when behind he might as well be playing on the enemy team. This has been going on nearly constantly since his release. The best metas in my opinion were when Yasuo wasn't relevant. I just want to play a good game of league of legends, with teamwork and nobody being useless/solo carrying but Yasuo makes that impossible.

you don't even play champions simply because they're the easiest to win with, almost no one does

see yasuo post on reddit

people complaining about his high presence

"Yasuo isn't even strong he's just so frustrating I hate him"

"Yasuo is super fun, he's high presence cause people want to play him"

Ah sh*t, here we go again

Yasuo's popularity is never going to go down unless you pretty much remove him from the game.

Riot has confirmed that Yasuo is by far the most popular champion in the game in terms of sales and it's not even remotely close. He's head and shoulders above everything.

So the odds of Riot removing their highest earning champion is pretty non-existent.

Get used to him.

Lee Sin is actually pretty close to Yasuo in terms of pick popularity, but he's the only one that is anywhere Yasuo.

Hi Reav3, can I ask how Morde is landed? Right now he has stable 11% playrate, is that more than you aimed for regarding him?

yes he is performing much higher then expected currently.

What are the chances of us getting a small roadmap showing the 3 upcoming champs? Like even if it's just text based. This no roadmap thing is awful to me. );

Yeah, the new plan is to do a roadmap going over the 3 new Champs as well as a smaller roadmap-esque update on Voli/Fiddle in the next couple months, then follow with a more in production devblog on Voli/Fiddle at the end of the year. Probably going to start writing it sonn

Wait, can you please clarify if the update on the next 3 champs will contain the smaller update on Voli/Fiddle?

yes it will all be in one Champion Roadmap, then we will do a actual devblog just focused on Voli/Fiddle later in the year. At least thats the current plan

Alright thanks. Just a feedback - these wide gaps with no new champions is very weird, like there is nothing to look forward too.
Development can be very unpredictable like maybe you cannot time it but I loved the cadence of 2016 or 2017 when we would have a new champion every other month. That was the best phase.
I hope you guys can return to it.

Right now, the only time I played in last 2-3 weeks was Elderwood Ahri skin but that phase also passed because the champions I like (Lux Ahri) will now get skins only next year.
So I don't know but lack of new content (new champions) feels dull.

Also, please can you focus on control mages and explore themes of a weather mage or lightining mage.
And make champions on folk lores. These folk lore champion themes were like instant connection (Ahri)

We just released Morde VGU, Qiyana and Pantheon VGU all basically back to back

Do you have an idea on which project you want to put Twin Enso on

Hes currently helping out on Axes Champion since Axes is working on TFT now. The design for the Champion is already set, so he is just helping out on production stuff, and will help ship that in order to ramp up on the team before he actually takes on a project of his own.

Could I also ask where Panth has landed

So far he has landed very well. Haven't seen if he will be problematic in pro play yet, but a lot of people are playing him right now

Could i also if SkiptomyLuo and mChao joined champ team since Odin moved off with his VGU iceboxed

Neither has officially joined champ team, but mChao is the narrative writer for a project Endless and RiotEarp are in early stages on. Luo helped out on Pantheon as well as helping out on the Champ Axes, LoneWingy and JohnODyin are working on.

Does Lonewingy still work on projects herself, outside of the one you just mentioned, or is she transitioning as guide since she became lead concept artist on champions

She still works on projects herself

No, he is the overall art director, so he doesn't do projects himself. The individual craft leads do projects still though.

That's ultimately up the illustration team as they are a separate team now
