It's pretty weird that a clarity thing like this is not available on everyone, i don't play too many champions but i've only seen it in kayle and Tahm so far (you press shift and get all the information about leveling the ability). It's not gonna make a difference for champs you already know very well but it will very much help people grasp what may be good to level with new champs or in certain situations
