[2019] How do I request to join the LATER clash tournament time?

I have a team and we can only participate on the Saturday, 8PM PST tournament time. Is the "Lock in" time still at 630pm (that's what my client says)? How can I tell the client that I don't want to do the earlier tournament?

If anyone else has figured this out, please let me know!

You don't really request a later time. You just all lock in when you are ready to play. It's not like it was before where you have to show up at a specific time
