On my way back to Korea with @ ChroniclerCasts. It was an incredible honour to once again represent the #LCK\*📷* on the world stage and I hope I can see the trophy when it's back in Korea. Thanks for being so supportive everyone and we'll see you next year <3 #Worlds2022\*📷*

End of quarters also marks the end of my Worlds 2022 Was an honour to be there, hope I did the LCK justice. Pleasure to work with the entire team as always. Incredibly lucky to have gotten as many great games and series as I did! Thanks for having me and LETS GO LCK

Pretty odd really. 3 teams from their region make it to semis and yet they don't get a chance to cast it/be on the analyst desk? Would have been great to hear all of their thoughts, perspectives etc considering it's their region.

Edit - Looks like no Dagda either. So no LPL or LCK casters.

Most of the casters actively campaigned to become contract workers in order to get paid better rates. It allows them to stream (Caedral, Flowers), and appear in other games (Sjokz in CSGO). You also get paid higher as a contractor and have more negotiating power. As a Riot employee you get guaranteed pay, but less control over your own schedule. For example, it really wouldn’t have been a choice for Medic to skip out on Worlds if he was not a contractor.

If I had said I was unable to do Worlds or MSI I’m certain Riot would have let me bow out.

The rest of this thread is not really something I’m going to be able to comment on. But saying Medic would be forced to do Worlds if his employment were different is inaccurate.
