[2019] 200 Arcade Tokens for Free ?

I just logged in wanting to play some TFT, checked how many tokens i have and noticed that i had just gained 200 arcade tokens overnight. I can only guess that they are a compensation for the server troubles earlier on in the event. I am playing on EUW. Does anyone have an official statement or anything ?
