[2023] Teemo MUST cost 500BE instead of 450BE

In previous system we had to pay a total of 640,950BE to unlock all champs.
In the upcoming system you now only need a measly 517,444BE to unlock all champs.
This means you pay 123,506 less BE.

BUT if Teemo cost 500BE...the reduction in total price would be 123,456BE.

For the greater good of all humanity and league of legends, new players should pay 50 more BE to unlock Teemo.
Many of them may cry and have to grind more for BE, but this is sacrifice I'm willing to make.
