[2019] New player: How I ended up making LOL as my main game

Hi everyone new to the community and new player to LOL as well.

Before LOL I played the already death Paragon and then tried out the undead Heroes Of The Storm. Back the day it was all way too new to me and I would struggle to get a grasp on the basic mechanics. At times would get a bit nervous while, I wanted to win matches but had no idea on how.

So I searched on google and found out LOL was pretty much the MOBA that sets the standards on how this game genre should be played.

My immersion to LOL when I started to play it was a bit slow back then bc I was playing many games from many different genres. But bit by bit I was starting to feel... curious about LOL.

Besides playing at least twice per week I started to download the official screenshots and wallpapers (which I think are overall refreshing to watch, is great art work).

Then every now and then I would watch a LOL promo, some of then quite fun to watch. I started to read in the game who was Ahri, Brand and Ashe and about their skills.

Starting to learn the basics about the items felt intimidating at 1st sight (lots of items) but fortunately there are many guides out there to walk me through.

After a while I kept coming back for more and more, is the rush, the moment, the adrenaline while making friends in the process and having so much fun at the same time that hook me up. To think about dynamic strategies and improve.

And maybe there may be some toxicity but most people in the community are awesome👏✊👍.

Now I'm starting to get a deep dive in LOL, learning something new everyday and having a great a time as a main Ashe at the moment. Today more adventures and exciting matches awaits me with my new friends in LOL and I can't wait to get back home to get the party started.
