It's animated so well, the colors are fantastic, the voice actress did an amazing job. And the voice lines aren't filled with Lore that gets old the 2nd time you hear it. She's a return to how the original champs were done and it feels amazing. As far as I'm concerned this is the best job Riot has done on a champion in a very long time.

as for her power level after the hotfix, she is now looking on track so far with what we predicted her WR would be. Her WR seems to be flattening out before we expected, so we are going to continue to monitor and if needed put a small buff in the next patch, if needed of course.
Her specs were already good enough. Her player base ranges from low to high, which is why her WR has flattening.
Low skill/experience players won't give up on using her because she's cute.
Pushing up the means would break the median for high skill players.

It's the same before and after. Historically VUs have never moved the needle on engagement. She has just always been extremely popular
