[2022] I have a question about my mmr; 55% wr but gain 14 lose 16

So right now Iā€™m currently g1 I have a 55%wr (103 wins 85 losses) I just finished playing 10games with 9wins 1 loss. I won 14 per win but my first loss (7th game) I lost 16 lp. I understand mmr affects this but I was win streaking with a good wr, I even dodge bad lobbies so why is is mmr this bad?
