[2023] My quickplay got replaced with blindpick?

I play on EUW. I just played game of quickplay and relogged. Now client shows blind pick instead of it, and I can queue into it, though I cannot find game. How can I get this back to normal? Another relog didn't fix my problem. I cannot play quickplay because it is not in client.

EDIT: Riot client says quickplay is disabled. Well f*ck my plans to play briar tonight :( I hope now I can find people on blind pick. EDIT2: There are people on blind, and on EUNE there is patch coming, so ranked is also disabled. This post no longer serves purpose.
