Riot slowly realizing Garen is too strong and did nerfed him a tiny bit for10.7 but this champion needs way more. Its stupid how tanky he is even in very early game. Either increase his skill celling should increase or take away something... this champion was always braindead but now he is braindead and deals ton of damage as well
