Akshan's E description on the wiki is 223 words long. This is longer than the ability descriptions of all of Nasus' abilities which come to 191 words.

The word counts of all of Akshan's abilities are as follows:

Passive: 146 words
Q: 84 words
W: 149 words
E: 223 words
R: 119 words

This means Akshan's abilities' descriptions come to a total of 721 words, ~3.77x that of Nasus.

Seriously tho, number of words in a TT is not equal to how complex an ability is. Some simple things just need longer explanations especially when they deal with concepts that might not exist yet in the game.

Using Nasus as an example, imagine if "lifesteal" wasn't a game concept. His passive goes from "Nasus has X% lifesteal", to "Nasus' attacks heal him for X% of the post-mitigation damage they deal." Still pretty simple, but the word count doubles.
