[2021] Why does ap shyvana still exist?

I've been playing league since 2011 and there have been countless off meta ap scaling champs that used to be in the game that had parts of fun like ap and ap Tristana.

But riot thought they were unfun and reworked all of them.

I basically only play arams these days and the least fun character to vs seems to be ap Shyvana. Yes she would probably not be that strong in summoners but it just seems crazy that I can be an ap carry and do less damage and get one shot by her.

Her fireballs hitboxes are pretty huge and very had to miss, I just don't really understand why it's still in the game if all the other ap builds have been deleted.

Idk just seems dumb to me.
