Note that many changes cannot be easily datamined, such as functionality changes, bugfixes, or mode-specific balance modifiers.

 

Changes from today:

General:

  • experience for champion kills has been reduced at levels 3-8, unchanged otherwise (see this chart
    )
    • this affects classic, one for all, ultimate spellbook, and showdown (ARAM 1v1)
    • all other modes (urf, aram, nexus blitz) are unchanged (they have different experience rewards anyways)

 

Champions:

Aurelion Sol:
  • \n in summary strings corrected
  • Q tooltip now notes "canceling this ability within 0.25s of casting it will lock the ability for 1s"
Gragas:
  • Q no longer reveals the caster if enemies were in the target radius on cast
Jax:
  • health:  685 +99  -->  665 +100
  • E:
    • rescripted to use data values
    • each dodge increases:  only the base damage  -->  the entire damage (base damage, AP scaling, and percent health scaling)
    • min damage AP scaling:  100% --> 70%
    • max total damage:  110-350 +100% AP +4% target's tHP  -->  110-350 +140% AP +8% target's tHP
  • R:
    • passive base damage:  80-160 --> 60-160
    • active base armor:  25-65 --> 15-65
      • active base magic resist is always 60% of the armor value, so 15-39 --> 9-39
Samira:
  • P haste per stack:  3.5% flat  -->  1% / 2% / 3% / 4%  @  1 / 6 / 11 / 16
    • max haste:  21% flat  -->  6% / 12% / 18% / 24%
  • R lifesteal effectiveness:  66.6% --> 50%
    • Q lifesteal effectiveness is unchanged and still 66.6%
Thresh:
  • Q:
    • rescripted to use data values and calcs
    • damage:  100-280 +80% AP  -->  100-300 +90% AP
    • cooldown:  19s-11s --> 19s-9s
  • W:
    • rescripted to use data values
    • base shield:  50-150 --> 50-130
    • cooldown:  22s-16s --> 21s-17s
  • E:
    • damage:  75-215 +60% AP  -->  75-235 +70% AP
Veigar:
  • Q missile range:  950 --> 1050
    • cast indicator range:  900 --> 1000

Treasure Hunter:
  • base gold:  70 --> 50
    • increase per stack unchanged at 20
    • last stack gold:  150 --> 130 (tooltip not yet updated for this value)

Changes from previous days:

General:

  • several fixes to missing buff icons
  • "Global Wall Push" (used by player created terrain) now has a tooltip:
    • "Knocked Aside: This unit is being knocked aside. Weeee!"
  • a new character is now preloaded on Summoner's Rift:  "FireBuddyTeaserMinion"
    • this is likely for the announced Ishtal Male Enchanter, Milio (the art teaser resembles a "fire buddy")

 

Champions:

Aurelion Sol:
  • apparently they forgot to give him "summary" tooltips, so he should be broken anywhere those get used (the client, death recap, and the website, although that one might update faster?)
    • someone also forgot that they were supposed to use HTML instead of anything else and wrote \n instead of
      a few times
      • these have now been corrected
  • he was also missing passive data that has now been defined (which might be a Viego fix?)
  • E tooltip now notes that epic monsters cannot be executed
  • R2 missile now has "cannotBeSuppressed = true"
Kassadin:
  • R rescripted to use calcs
LeBlanc:
  • RW cooldown:  60s-30s --> 50s-30s
    • the 13.3 change was only applied to base R, RQ, and RE, but not RW
    • this only affects the tooltip however, the actual RW cooldown is correct
Lee Sin:
  • Q2 damage tooltip's maximum bAD scaling corrected to show 220% instead of 240%
    • this is leftover from an earlier change where the buff was larger, but the actual damage is working as intended
Rammus:
  • W unrescripted to use effect amounts?
Singed:
  • Q tooltip now lists the cloud and poison durations, and calculates an approximate total damage from a single poison application

 

Items:

Frostfang / Sickle items:
  • gain a charge every:  10s --> 12s
  • Frostfang items' mana regen:  50% / 75% / 115%  -->  25% / 50% / 100% (now matching Sickle counterparts)
Targon's / Shoulderguards items:
  • health regen:  25% / 50% / 100%  -->  50% / 75% / 100%
Bandleglass Mirror:
  • now in the unique purchase group for Mythic Components
Demonic Embrace:
  • now has a data value for "MonsterCap" = 40 (currently on live it is completely uncapped)
    • Demonic ticks every 1s, so this cap is both per tick and per second
Radiant Virtue (+Ornn item):
  • healing tooltip precision fix?
Slightly Magical Boots:
  • sellback modifier:  70% (210 gold)  -->  30% (90 gold)
    • this nerfs a recent Yuumi strategy to take Slightly Magical Footwear just to sell it for gold
    • this shouldn't affect any upgraded versions of Slightly Magical Boots
Your Cut (Pyke ult):
  • can now be sold (presumably to consume it without having to close the shop)

 

Runes:

Nullifying Orb:
  • rescripted to use a calc for some reason, no value changes

 

ARAM:

  • death timers have been significantly reduced (see here

Nullifying Orb is there because I had initially made a bunch of scripting changes when I was investigating buffing it for ADCs. That didn't end up shipping but I still had all the scripting improvements, so once we had a real patch, I submitted them in. If we ever update Nullifying Orb again, it'll be a bit easier to modify. Not a terribly important change, though.

Singed I added the shift-tooltip so that players can see what a double-tap of Q should deal. Should help understand waveclear breakpoints a bit better.

Lee Sin is a bugfix as you mentioned; the Q2 description is wrong, so that's just cleanup.

Kassadin R was re-scripted as I was trying to get maximum R damage into his tooltip but it's slightly weird so I don't think that's in right now. Still would like to do it but tooltips are actually kinda wonky. You can't do much math in the tooltips themselves so you have to write it out somewhere else, which kinda bloats things.
