The game version didn't change, the patch notes tab still shows 13.1.
If someone doesn't use social media how are they supposed to know anything. Glad rito started being more transparent on twitter and reddit but cmon, don't tell me you can't put a big red READ THIS article in the client.
They even managed to update the the page you see when you login to show off new skins but not this?...
External link →Hey all, so unfortunately the recent social engineering attack has left us unable to update the patch notes in the client. We're working on getting a fix for this, but I don't have a time I can promise. In the meanwhile, we are able to keep the webpage version updated here.
On a related note, since 13.1b was a micropatch, we weren't able to patch in all of the in-game tooltip updates. We'll have a fix for this in 13.3 which should come out late Feb 7th or early Feb 8th (PST).
